At Runner, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Our goal is to ensure your style journey is seamless, even if the fit isn't quite right.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and attach it securely to your package.

  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping center or schedule a pickup to send your items back to our warehouse.

  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
